Today 's learners is like a brain being used to the full capacity.....Everyday society is being changed. Current developments with technology maybe works in part. Learners are being exposed to new pouring of knowledge every single day. Even if they are out of classroom and they are not pushing themsevles to, they, in daily life, can easily access thousands of updated information and enter the new community through online . In this diverse society, what can learners do for better learning?
Siemens (2005) said, “The pipe is more important than the content within the pipe. Our ability to learn what we need for tomorrow is more important than what we know today.” What my understadning about this sentences is that " Learners should have capacity for new learning information." As an example, Knowing well how to use the technology and social network will be one way. And also, learners will be required to choose ,selevtively, what is right for them out of pouring of knowledge and link the learning to real life and lastly, develop negotiation and social skills for better communication with others.

I hope you are feeling better today!
Hey Yong, are you feeling better today?
I really like your analogy. I agree that the capacity of learning new information is crucial to everyone nowadays. We need to choose what we need from the pouring of information, which is a skill we have to learn.
Minyoung,
I particularly like the idea of
developing negotiation and social skills for better communication with others. According to Siemen's this negotiation is the key to the creation of new knowledge.
